When you're ready to add your first post, all you need to do is click the new post link at the very top. Pick a different font if you like, different color, etc. (make sure you pick something readable) then type your entry.
At the bottom of the editor screen, you should see "Labels for this post:". Pick whatever label you'd like for yourself, e.g. mine will be P.B. Adams, and hopefully you'll chose a label we'll all recognize as you. LOL
All of your posts should be available as a group if you label them with your tag. Clicking "Show All" at the end of the label box will let you see the labels that have already be created (in case you forget what label you picked). Any questions, just post them with the label, "How To" and I'll find an answer. Thanks. :)
